Ingredients
- Bitter guard - 1 big one
- Rice powder - 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Salt for taste
- Oil to fry
Preparation
- Cut the bitter guard into round slices
- Apply some salt, chilli powder and asafoetida and keep aside for some time
- Apply some rice powder and keep aside for 15 minutes
- Fry in oil.
