Bitterguard Fried



Ingredients

  • Bitter guard - 1 big one
  • Rice powder - 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Salt for taste
  • Oil to fry


Preparation
  • Cut the bitter guard into round slices
  • Apply some salt, chilli powder and asafoetida and keep aside for some time
  • Apply some rice powder and keep aside for 15 minutes
  • Fry in oil.
